Oracle to invest in Sun’s hardware, open source still TBD

Many people were expecting Oracle to keep Sun’s software business and sell-off the hardware side to someone like HP. Their reasoning for investing in hardware is logical and rational.

Maybe Oracle will announce a logical and rational plan for Sun’s open source portfolio as well, and surprise a few more people.
